A guided, participant-led audio experience.

The interview is guided, audio-first and asynchronous. Participants open their session, read each question and record their answers in their own words. They can pause, listen back, change an answer or record it again before submitting. Questions ask what changed, if anything, what may have contributed and what still feels difficult. Nothing is published automatically.
